General Shipping Policies

All international orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days (excl. weekends, holidays) after receiving payments.

Accurate shipping and delivery information is required to ensure timely receipt of merchandise.

We ship through DHL Express or FEDEX.

You will be notified via email of any delays in shipping. Please note, that delays may arise during national holidays.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via DHL express and/or FedEx. We offer world wide shipping to more than 191 countries and territories.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Novemberten is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.

For international shipping, please carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.

In the event of a failed delivery, your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee.

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages once DHL or FedEx has marked your package as delivered.
