SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION 

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days after payment confirmation. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Domestic (UAE) Shipping  

– Same-day delivery is available to most Emirates for selected items only if the order is placed before 2:00 PM.
– Free delivery charges for orders above 500 AED

– All other UAE orders are delivered within 2–5 business days after processing.
– Delays may occur during national holidays, sales, or new collection launches.

International Shipping 

• All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx.
• Delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within 7–10 working days after dispatch.
• Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
• Accurate address and contact information must be provided to ensure timely delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For International shipping, returns must be made via DHL or FedEx only.
