At NovemberTen, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love every piece you purchase. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email novembertenstyle@gmail.com immediately so we can assist.
General Policy
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- We only accept returns via Aramex, DHL or FedEx.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Sales Items
• Sale and discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges & Refunds
You may request an exchange if:
• The item is defective, incorrect in size, or there was an order mix-up.
If eligible:
• A store credit will be issued to reorder another item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Process
- Email novembertenstyle@gmail.com with your order number.
- Repack unused items securely in their original packaging.
Please open packages carefully – we cannot accept returns for items damaged during unpacking.
